The Government of the Republic of Serbia has declared an emergency on the territory of the Republic of Serbia - humanitarian aid needed
The Government of the Republic of Serbia has declared an emergency on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, due to risk of flooding. The decision was made at the proposal of the National Emergency Response Staff, with the aim of raising the level of engagement of all rescue and evacuation teams, and eliminating the consequences of floods caused by heavy rains.
Because of unprecedented weather conditions and heavy rain causing natural disasters that struck the Republic of Serbia, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia formed a Crisis Committee, which will coordinate activities related to the collection of humanitarian aid and donations from abroad .
Also, the Government of the Republic of Serbia has opened bank accounts through which all interested persons and entities may provide humanitarian contributions as follows:
